This Privacy Policy governs your use of the mobile software application (“Application”) created by Simply Entertaining Games. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration is optional, but some features may not be available unless you register. Examples include:

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect information such as device type, device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage data.

Face Data (if applicable)

Some of our applications may use Apple’s on-device Vision framework to detect faces or subjects in photos, only to provide editing features such as automatic cropping and background removal.

All processing happens entirely on your device.
We do not collect, store, share, or transmit face data to our servers or third parties.
No biometric identifiers, facial templates, or recognition data are created.
Detection results (such as bounding boxes or masks) exist only temporarily and are discarded immediately.
Only the final edited image you choose to save is stored on your device.

Watermark / Branding (if applicable)

Some of our applications may display an app branding overlay (label or watermark) on exported media in the free version.

The Premium upgrade allows exporting without branding overlays.
This applies only to our app’s branding elements.
The app does not provide tools to remove third-party or copyrighted watermarks.
We do not encourage or support the illegal removal of ownership marks belonging to others.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services for improving our service. We may share information only as described in this Privacy Policy:

As required by law (e.g., subpoena, legal process)
To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
With trusted service providers who act on our behalf and comply with this Policy
In case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also contact us to request data deletion.

Data Retention

We retain User Provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected Information may be retained in aggregate. If you’d like your data deleted, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us at admin@simplyentertaining.us, and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. However, no security system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
